The entity responsible for collecting your Personal Data (in this act, as well as in past and/or future acts) is the legal entity ESTRATEGIA BUILDING DE MÉXICO S. DE R.L. DE C.V. (hereinafter “Estrategia Building de México”) and indicates its address for the purposes of the Privacy Notice as located at Clemencia Borja Taboada 550 Plaza Acueducto local 14, Jurica Acueducto Querétaro, Qro., Zip Code 76220.
II. OBJECTIVE
The objective of this Privacy Notice is to define the scope and general conditions of the processing of Personal Data and to inform the Data Subjects thereof, so that they are able to make informed decisions about the use of their Personal Data and maintain control and disposition over it. Likewise, it allows Estrategia Building de México to make this processing transparent and thereby strengthen the level of trust of the Holders.

Estrategia Building de México informs the Holder that the information provided will be treated as strictly confidential, always respecting the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility, as stipulated by the Law.
According to the Law, “Personal Data” of the Holder shall be understood as any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person. For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, Personal Data may include identification data, contact data, commercial information data, as well as sensitive data (if applicable), which, in a non-exhaustive manner, applicable to the specific case, will be the following:
• Full name; date of birth; gender; landline and/or mobile phone numbers; email address; address; tax information; banking or financial data related to credit cards, as well as other data and documentation required and necessary for the sale of our products and/or the provision of our services.

Social media
Social media platforms (such as Facebook®, X®, YouTube®, LinkedIn®, Instagram®, TikTok®, Pinterest®, and/or others available on the market) constitute a communication and interconnection platform between digital platforms of different users, are external to Estrategia Building de México, and therefore are not under its responsibility.
The information that the Holder provides on social media platforms where Estrategia Building de México participates as a user does not constitute or form part of the Personal Data subject to the protection of this Privacy Notice, being the responsibility of the company providing that platform and the person who publishes it.
In the event that Estrategia Building de México requires any Personal Data or if data is collected in accordance with this Privacy Notice through and/or via any social network, such Personal Data will be processed according to the purposes described below, as applicable to the type of data in question.

- TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
In order to comply with the obligations arising from the legal and commercial relationship that the Holder maintains with Estrategia Building de México in the acquisition of its products and/or from the provision of services contracted by the Holder with Estrategia Building de México, as well as those purposes provided for in this Privacy Notice, the Holder accepts and understands that Estrategia Building de México may transfer the necessary Personal Data to competent authorities only in cases legally provided for by law; likewise, Estrategia Building de México may transfer the Holder’s data to third parties involved in the provision of the services contracted and/or quoted by the Holder, when these third parties have been duly contracted by Estrategia Building de México to perform certain tasks related to messaging, accounting, commercial activities, and the promotion of its products and/or services in its name and on its behalf.

- MEANS TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS.
Estrategia Building de México will ensure at all times that Personal Data is relevant, accurate, and up-to-date for the purposes for which it was collected. As the Data Subject, or through your duly accredited legal representative, you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (collectively referred to as “ARCO”), which are described for your reference as follows:

The request for the exercise of ARCO Rights must indicate your name, address, email where you wish to receive information related to the procedure, identifying the right you wish to exercise and the data on which the right is to be exercised (if it is a right of rectification or correction, indicate the data to be corrected and the correction to be made, or if it is a right of opposition, indicate the secondary purposes on which the right is to be exercised), accompanying the request with documents that prove your identity.
Upon receiving your complete and duly integrated request, Estrategia Building de México will communicate the corresponding response within a maximum period of 20 business days from the date the request was received, the resolution that corresponds, to determine the validity of your petition, and if feasible, it will be made effective within the 15 days following the date the response is communicated. In the event that Estrategia Building de México must deliver documentation as a result of the exercised right, it will do so through copies that will be sent to you by email or made available at the address you specify for this purpose, within the aforementioned timeframe.
We inform you that you can revoke the consent you have granted us to fully or partially prevent the processing of your Personal Data; however, it is important to note that in not all cases we will be able to meet your request or cease the use immediately, as it is possible that due to some legal obligation, Estrategia Building de México may be required to continue processing your Personal Data.
